Images, video and the entrant's own statement keep the work itself at the centre of consideration.
The ₹3,000 entry fee covers review and production only. It buys consideration, never a result.

Commitment 01
Entries are presented through the work itself: the images, video and statement supplied by each participant.
The Chamber
Panels are assembled per discipline for each edition and published by name once confirmed. We do not list reviewers before they have accepted.
Convenes the discipline panel, keeps scoring to the published criteria, and signs the final citation.
Two to four practitioners from the same field, invited per edition, who assess the submitted evidence only.
Drafts the public reasoning for every award so each decision can be read and questioned.
Screens for any relationship between reviewer and entrant, and removes reviewers where one exists.
