Privacy Policy

Entry details you provide may include your name, contact details, location, discipline, entry title and description. We also collect the images or videos you upload and the amount, status and reference of your ₹3,000 fee. We never receive your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials.

To review your entry, to contact you about it, to publish recognised entries, to meet accounting and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud or misuse.

Entry records and uploads are held in our managed cloud database and private file storage, protected by row-level access rules. Uploaded media is served only through short-lived signed links for entries whose fee has cleared.

Junior Pinnacle entries for ages 6 to 17 are submitted by a parent or guardian, whose contact details we use for all correspondence. We publish a child's first name and discipline only, never their contact details or school.

We share data only with the panel reviewing your entry, our payment provider, and service providers who host the site. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Write to Info@novamaxstudios.com to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw an unpublished entry. We keep payment records for as long as the law requires, even after deletion of the entry itself.
