Pinnacle Honors is operated by Novamax Studios in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. All references to "we", "us" and "our" mean Novamax Studios. Questions: Info@novamaxstudios.com.

Entry is open to individuals, teams and institutions. Junior Pinnacle entrants aged 6 to 17 must enter with the consent of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf.

You confirm that you own or have permission to submit every image and video you upload, and that any person appearing in them has consented. You grant us a licence to display your submitted media on this site and in ceremony materials. You keep ownership of your work.

We may remove any entry that is unlawful, misleading, plagiarised or unsafe, without refund where review has already begun.

A fee of ₹3,000 per entry is payable when you upload your talent video or images. The fee covers panel review, media handling and ceremony production. It does not purchase an award, is not a donation, and does not guarantee shortlisting or recognition.

Checkout is completed on the Novamax Studios payment page at novamaxstudios.com through PhonePe. Pinnacle Honors does not collect your card number or UPI PIN. Your entry stays pending until payment is confirmed.

Entries are considered using the materials submitted with them. Payment does not guarantee selection, publication, shortlisting or an award. Review timing and result announcements may vary by edition, and decisions are final.

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an entry is limited to the fee you paid for that entry. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction.
