Refund & Cancellation

Email Info@novamaxstudios.com from the address used for your entry and quote both your entry and payment references. Requests are reviewed under these terms and applicable Indian law.

Once review has started, the fee is non-refundable, because it pays for the panel time and media handling already spent on your entry. Not being shortlisted or awarded is not a ground for refund.

If an edition is cancelled, if a category is withdrawn before review, or if a duplicate or incorrect charge is confirmed, the affected fee will be refunded in full.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on PhonePe and the payer's bank. We cannot refund to a different account or payment method.

If money left your account but your entry still shows as pending, write to Info@novamaxstudios.com with the date, amount and reference. Confirmed unmatched payments are refunded in full.
